LEARNING CONSULTANT: MANAGING TENDER PROCESS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF BLENDED LEARNING COURSES
This consultancy oversaw the strategic planning and tendering procedure to develop a hybrid learning course centered around The Cash Learning Partnership (CaLP) CVA Skills. The course was tailored for program staff. Leveraging existing in-person instructional materials as a foundation, the objective was to construct a blended learning curriculum accessible through multiple channels. Key activities of the consultancy included:
- Investigating and exploring alternative blended methodologies beyond CaLP.
- Assessing the face-to-face course materials and the blended learning curriculum draft.
- Providing a detailed outline of the tender and the selection process.
- Drafting public tender documentations.
- Managing the review, communication and selection process during the tender.
- Preparing a detailed plan for subsequent steps, including contracting and project management.
