DEVELOPMENT OF ONLINE LEARNING MODULES AND TOOLS FOR UPSKILLING ON INFLUENCING.

The primary objective of this e-Learning consultancy was to create three online training modules for Plan Academy centered around the strategic topic of ‘Influencing’. These modules encompassed a blend of self-paced and facilitated learning experiences. The consultancy entailed the transformation of printed content into a cohesive, interactive, and captivating e-Learning journey. The authoring tool employed for this task was ‘Articulate’, and the learning management system used for module hosting was Moodle.

In order to develop the aspired modules, the following tasks were undertaken:

  • Review of proven successful learning modules within and outside of Plan International to identify the best models and best practice approaches
  • The conversion of all available print and digital material into an eLearning compatible format
  • Development of a master copy for the Plan Academy modules, building from existing tools, resources, and face-to-face training modules to ensure alignment
  • Development of three online modules (two self-paced and one-facilitated) as asynchronous online modules hosted on Plan Academy
  • Providing a comprehensive feedback & recommendation report post the pilot of the online training modules’ across 3-4 country offices
  • Crafting a strategic plan for spreading awareness and promoting module utilization across various Plan Country Offices, targeting efficient engagement from both mid- and top-level management personnel.
