Dr. Younes assumed responsibility for managing and overseeing the content production of an educational supplementary magazine published both in print and digital formats on a monthly basis. The articles encompassed diverse topics, including educational reform, challenges, dilemmas, and global trends, with a particular emphasis on the Arab world. The publication aimed to highlight successful practices, innovative initiatives, and alternative educational programs in developing nations that could offer value to Arab educators. Key activities undertaken were as follows:
- Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive database of correspondents capable of providing insights on challenges, news, and trends from various locations.
- Developing strategic plans for annual and monthly publication schedules, along with coverage plans.
- Allocating specific topics to respective editors based on their expertise and focus areas.
- Supervising a team of editors operating both locally and remotely, including those working on an international scale.
