From 2006 to 2009, Dr. Younes assumed the role of Managing Editor of the ‘Qatari Teachers Network’, in which she held the full responsibility for planning and developing the network. Her role extended further within the Professional Development Office, involving the following additional responsibilities:

• Guiding, mentoring, and coaching to teachers within national schools.
• Mentoring school leaders from ten public schools during the formulation of their annual Professional Development plans.
• Supervising, guiding, and monitoring the progress of several senior school management personnel in their professional advancement.
• Strategizing, designing, and delivering a nationwide training initiative that encompassed all teachers across the country. This training aimed to introduce effective techniques and strategies for integrating ICT into daily instruction, with a specific emphasis on leveraging Web 2.0 tools.
