The main aim of this consultancy was to effectively utilize instructional design processes and adult learning theories to develop remote webinars, workshops, meetings, training and e-learning courses for constructive virtual engagement. This includes:

• Planning, structuring, and crafting interactive and participatory exercises and activities for online meetings to facilitate engagement and collaboration within a digital environment.
• Assisting staff in adapting their plans and activities to function effectively in online or hybrid formats, necessitated by COVID-19 restrictions.
• Guiding staff in the transformation of existing training and professional development materials into formats suitable for online, blended, or hybrid delivery.
• Developing diverse contextualized learning projects, e.g. blended professional development, transforming training by using available LMS packages and platforms.
• Collaborating with designated CRVS team members to convert traditional classroom curricula into virtual training sessions, synchronous and asynchronous e-learning courses, webinars, and interactive workshops.
• Undertaking initiatives to enhance the CRVS Technical staff’s capacity in evaluating diverse remote learning modalities like e-learning courses, webinars, and community of practice setups, determining their appropriateness for specific audiences and learning goals.
